Practicalities

Reset is a completely non-invasive, non-contact technique with you fully-clothed and usually sitting upright. A session will always begin with a discussion about the problems you want to resolve. Sometimes you may choose to lie down so you can enjoy a deep rest during the session - or if you are at home, you might decide to be laying in bed ready to rest when we finish.

You may be surprised how much can be done in one session, and I will always advise you to spend that evening in a relaxed situation if you can, and to drink plenty of water.

After a session, people usually feel significantly unburdened of stress and anxiety about their problems.

Working together

We can work together easily online, via Zoom for example, and in-person is good where circumstances allow. Working remotely works very well and if your health affects your mobility or we are not local to one another this may be the best option.

After a session you may experience dreams which deepen your self-understanding or signal change. You may also notice memories which pass through you as the old emotions associated with them are leaving the body.

You are most welcome to contact me in person with questions about how I work. There are no secrets, but it can be hard to convey in writing. A fifteen-minute chat on the phone can be a very efficient way to help you decide whether to go ahead, and I'm happy to do this free of charge because I enjoy telling people a bit more about the method. There is no obligation to book after a call.

What does Reset cost and how long is a session?

We start with a longer session of up to 90 minutes, giving ample time for discussing what ails you before we get to work. Subsequent sessions, if you need them, are 60-70 minutes. I operate a sliding scale, please get in touch for up-to-date prices.

Some problems can be dramatically improved in one session. Others benefit from having more attention, and I'm happy to chat over the phone or email to help you decide.

Are you living on a low income?

Concessions are available if you are: a low-waged, receiving benefits, a live-in carer, a student, living with disability or dealing with invisible or chronic illness. Discounts also apply to remote work on someone else as well as yourself. I will also offer a concession to anyone with both earning and caring responsibilities who is under-supported.

Due to my own life experiences I care passionately about 'levelling the playing field' in all areas of life, for people living on a low income for any reason whatsoever. Do get in touch if you are ready to do the work but unsure what you can afford.

Carer's Card Holders

If you have a Carer’s Card I am happy to give a discount. Get in touch and we can arrange something to suit your budget. I do not like to turn away anyone who wants to try the method for their own well-being. We can include work on your relationship with your caree and even on their wellbeing, as needed.

How many sessions will I need?

You will probably be surprised at how much can be achieved in one session and choose to simply assimilate what we have done. However, if you wish to book further sessions on the day of your first this can be beneficial for long-term, chronic ailments - this is discounted because it saves me some time.

I seek only to help you work out what is truly in your best interest. I will always encourage and support you to commit to ongoing self-care: that might include further sessions, or another form of support or healthcare entirely. For example, we can reduce your anxiety about other practitioners, we can strengthen you to introducing beneficial changes in diet or exercise, or to giving yourself permission to invest in forms of self-care or treatment which will benefit your condition or improve your quality of life.

Too many people are overly strict with themselves, even while they are generous with others, and their well-being can decline as a result. Your body always wants you to be completely well - so do those who love you and/or rely on you.

Your own inner wisdom can be consulted directly to find the priorities for healing, and we will be creative about how you can address it in your daily life. Think of Reset Clearing as a method which can activate any potential you wish for, by removing obstacles to your willpower and capacity, and strengthening you to triggers and setbacks.
